2.3 · 3 reviewsPlease save your time and money, these company it's extremely unprofessional their lack of customer service its incredible, I turly do not recommend them. from the owner to the front desk, these people were cursing and they even hung up on me. I have never experience such a terrible treatment. again save your time and money and find another company. this comany it's trash.
They're very rude.
Alpha & Omega was a location we found online and decided to go visit for a loved one. When we arrived, it was very close to a main street, there were elderly people sitting outside of the location talking and hanging out. Just a few feet from them were was a large dumpster that smelled horrible. As we walked in, It did not appear to be very clean nor was it organized. I was very disturbed by the maintenance at this facility.
