ALF Residencia Marbella

I have to agree with these reviewers as Residencia Marbella has taken care of my beloved mother for quite some time. The crew here taking care of the elderly is second to none and the ladies are friendly and VERY competent which seems to be a recurring theme the incompetence is assisted living facilities in Miami. Anyone thinking about assisted living facilities in Miami Lakes or Hialeah definitely set up an appointment with Maria Eugenia the owner and she will accommodate a date for you to tour this wonderful house located in a gated secured community. The residence is OVER 2000 sqft feet and the living room is very open and airy. I love the fact that you can not see the kitchen from the living room too because like this the patients are not distracted with whats going on when the staff is preparing their yummy nutritional meals. The place is SPOTLESS and by this I mean you cane at off the floor and rates are fair and reasonable as far as industry standards and norms are concerned. WORTH EVERY PENNY FOLKS! We had to pull put mom from here because the city would knock on the alf's door inspecting the place for violations and they certainly found it. This alf has been cited for code violations for doing work without a permit and just conducting unscrupulous practices. I did not want mom in this place surrounded by illegal activity

Casa Bella ALF which is owned by the same owner as Residencia Marbella both located in Marbella Park miami, fl 33015 has multiple complaints filed folks with AHCA . I would recommend for anyone who has an elderly loved one they are looking for placement in an assisted living facility to do their homework and not solely go based off the superficial looks of the actual property. Also these assisted living facilities are not code compliant with the city and really cut corners legally . Once you do your research you will see the truth unveiled

El engano manifiesto es residencia casa bella y residencia marbella localizado en marbella park . No quedamos nada satisfechas con el cuidado De la mama De mi pareja pues tambien encontramos que un dia De daban la Pastilla De dormir a Las 2 De la tarde ...algo super erroneo...y el otro dia le daban 6 pastillas en vez De 8 que es lo que Ella toma. La tuvimos que mover De ahi De emergencia y sacarla pues solo se toma 1 vez que estas empleadas incompetentes le den 2 pastillas De Presion alta para que el corazon De Ella pare. Esto no es un juego damas y caballeros. Estamos lidiando y tratando con la Vida De un ser humano. Pero para estos duenos es solo un cheque y el dinero pero tanto como ellos cuidan a su negocio yo cuido a mi mama!

Residencia Casabella emplea a personas indocumentadas y le pagan muy mal dicho por la boca de las empleadas y si hay un problema de plomeria le quitan lo poco que le dan para resolver el problema de plomeria. Las muchachas sin certificacion acabadas de llegar de Cuba son las que administran los medicamentos. A mi madre le dieron medicamentos faltantes 3 dias consecutivos y peor todavia me lo entragaron en mis manos para que ella estuviera con nosotros en casa. no se dejen llevar por la buena apariencia del centro pues lo que importa realmente son las certificaciones y el entrenamiento que las empleadas tienen que recibir. Las empleadas no tienen experiencia, ni siquiera se defienden ni hablan ingles. Y les digo OJO la duena nunca esta ahi. Quienes van a cuidar a su madre o padre son empleadas hablando con Cuba por facetime y gritando todo el tiempo.
