The staff at this company are outrageous, verbally abusive to the residents of said establishment and verbally harassing the visitors of the residents.
The facility is super clean. It's a small facility, and I like the personalized care the residents receive. I like that my loved one is being checked on constantly. For any bed bound or wheelchair bound residents who require a lot of attention, Acacia Grove has the appropriate amount of staff and expertise to meet their needs. It has been phenomenal having a family member there, and I always recommend them to others.
