The team is lead by two amazing people Alfredo the Director and Wendy the Head nurse. Team also includes Nurse Karen that has helped us more than she will ever know. The food is amazing, so many types of activities completed by Peggy, Melissa and Carol. Zon is a caring and loving community and if you looking for a place for your loved one stop by checkout the place.'out.
Seems as thoughts not a wonderful as they think they are. Never in my life have I seen a company snap back at a bad review because they don’t like the answer they get. Most companies apologize and try to do better but not them. They get offended and don’t take responsibility for they poor establishment. So basically making it not reasonable for anyone to make leave a bad review. I wouldn’t want to put my parent in a place like that. Taking accountability for your actions and correcting the issue would be more appropriate. I’ll take care of my father at home instead of paying a ridiculous…

Seems as thoughts not a wonderful as they think they are. Never in my life have I seen a company snap back at a bad review because they don’t like the answer they get. So basically making it not reasonable for anyone to make leave a bad review. I wouldn’t want to put my parent in a place like that. Taking accountability for your actions and correcting the issue would be more appropriate. I’ll take care of my father at home instead of paying a ridiculous amount of money for a bologna sandwich.
My grandmother moved to memory care two months ago and the care is much worse than assisted living. Today she was doubled over in pain with fecal impaction because they refuse to take her to the bathroom. They would prefer her to go in her adult diapers. The service provided is not quality care and would not recommend. This kind of care is life threatening to the residents- no quality of life. It is very sad for me to visit my grandmother in these conditions.

My wife stayed at Zon Beachside's Memory Care facility for 14 months before her passing. She had been in a different facility previously and I toured many others. The reason why Zon Beachside is such a great facility is the people. From the director, managers and individual contributors they all exhibit kindness and concern for all their clients. What sepearates Zon from all the others is the true sincerity exhibited by all its employees. I always knew when I left the facility that my wife was receiving exceptional care and I would feel at ease.
We are so grateful for the kindness, compassion, and dignity you showed Dad during his time with you. Your care meant more to our family than we can fully express. Zon Beachside provided my sister with just the right positive environment that she needed to thrive during her recovery. She was welcomed into a wonderful community and made many friends. The care and therapy were outstanding. Alfredo, the Director, is extremely caring and knows each resident by name. I give Zon my highest recommendation.

Everyone on the staff is friendly and helpful. They make it an effort to know the family along with the guest. The facility is maintained in a professional neat style without any antiseptic odors. We have the smallest studio offered and it is very roomy. The bath and shower are designed for ease of access with plenty of handholds. Cable TV is provided and small refrigerator and microwave. Guests have a wearable call device in addition to call devices in the bathrooms. Many public spaces are for the enjoyment of guests. My wife's aunt is not overly picky about food, but comments frequently on the good quality and variety.
