Windsor Health and Rehabilitation Center

I have had two family members at Windsor and would recommend this facility to anyone that requires rehabilitation or long term care.

I gave a five-star hotel which is what it looked like and it's very proud to have anyone to stay there I have seen some that I would not allow my dog to go believe you me there's a 15 and 16 and Jacksonville Florida that dogs will not go to be very proud of what you have and keep it up and keep the people that are there happy thank you

I had to call on legacy because I had a major surgery.And then had a wound back, legacy was called in to care for me at home. They were amazing, very professional, very knowledgeable. Excellent bedside service. It really showed concern and care for me. Even made friends with them. They didn't rush, they were just amazing. Which helped me recover even quicker.I think legacy of keystone so, very much, my former husband has to have occupational therapy. And physical therapy and I told the rehab I would accept no one but the legacy of Keystone Heights, that's how much faith and confidence I have in them. Thank you all so very much for who you are. Windsor is not a very large nursing/rehab facility therefore the relationships between staff and residents can be more personal. My review is mixed. At times my parent received excellent care and sometimes not fast enough. It's the nature of the beast when there's not enough staff. Some people really care about their job and some just show up for a paycheck. Windsor has both as most do. Our family appreciated the ones that took the time to clean up after our parent. The chef was replaced and the food got much better. The negative: Our parent was told to leave cash at home but didn't. It was taken. They were warned. However, I did not like how it was handled. A staff meeting about theft should've been held instead of just blaming the patient. Also, make sure all clothing is labeled or it gets lost. We were not told to do this in the beginning. If paperwork indicated that, we missed it. Georgia, the case worker, is a hard worker and is very thorough about safe discharging. Sequoia is as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside. She knows how to mediate and is very understanding with her caring demeanor. Mary has done great follow-up after discharge, checking on our parent after going home. Noone really says that nursing/rehabs are the #1 choice for daily life but Windsor comes close.
