They sold the place, and I told the previous owner that I have been robbed and she told me that was no concern of hers. There wasn't any humanitarianism there. We don’t have any activities. We are just here in bed watching TV. They do not have disability access. I am in a wheelchair and all the door frames getting in and out of the building do not have little ramps to facilitate wheelchairs. The sidewalks are all cracked, and I try to navigate my wheelchair and get to the patio area, but it was such…

There are only seven residents at Wildflower Inn. It’s a small facility. The food is not good. They sold the place, and I told the previous owner that I have been robbed and she told me that was no concern of hers. There wasn't any humanitarianism there. We don’t have any activities. We are just here in bed watching TV. They do not have disability access. I am in a wheelchair and all the door frames getting in and out of the building do not have little ramps to facilitate wheelchairs. The sidewalks are all cracked, and I try to navigate my wheelchair and get to the patio area, but it was such in a bad condition that I did a backflip out of my wheelchair. I will be out of this place in about a week, and I am looking at a motel.
I was referred to Wildflower in by A Place for Mom. It was the best decision we made to put our Dad with them. They go above and beyond in their services. From helping get my Dad from rehab to Wildflower and getting the medical attention and services that would help him mend. They are helpful, caring and keep us up to date. Wildflower and Alka have been a godsend. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone. I am thankful to all the caregivers that help my Dad everyday and Alka for making this decision the best one I ever made.
