This place does not do everything by the books while I was there as a resident they took advantage of me the maintenance crew is so bad they used me as the maintenance guy Pam at the front desk desk would have me go unstop toilets for the residents and fix there clocks and tvs this is not a safe place for your loved ones the service is very bad they don’t work by senior living laws stay away from this facility find somewhere else to live

Salterra of Largo is a very nice place. My mother in law loves it there and all the people are very nice and the staff is always very pleasant. I always love going over to visit. The one complaint that I have is that the vinyl siding on the side of the building facing Starkey Road is hanging off the side and looks really terrible. It’s such a beautiful place, but that is really an eyesore. Someone really needs to get that fixed. It’s been that way too long. I’d like to add something to this review. I cannot believe that you had Butch Stanley removed from your facility. Butch was such a good guy helping a lot of the residents, which I am sure they would tell you. He was such a tremendous help with my mother-in-law. I was able to go on vacation for three weeks, in which time, he checked on her and made sure she was taking her meds. I couldn’t count on anyone else there to do that for me except maybe Hayat, but she’s busy and not there every day. My mind was at ease while I was gone. He also helped fix things around there that your maintenance dept failed to do. For instance, it took almost one year to get my mother in law’s sink fixed from leaking. That was absolutely ridiculous! You lost a good and helpful guy when you let Butch go, plus he has been through so much that you don’t even know. Very sad.

Volante of Largo is a very clean place and everyone is so friendly and caring. The residents all seem so happy. I love to go and visit. It's a fun place. They have apartments with two rooms and studio apartments. The rooms are all very nice. They have a little kitchenette, bathroom and huge closet. The price includes laundry, three meals a day and housekeeping. They have a lot of activities for the residents. It's a really nice place.

My friend moved to Volante of Largo. She's settling in nicely, and she's making friends. She likes to have lunch and her meals with them. Her room is nice. She has a roommate who's at the same level as she is. My friend shows up for all the activities. She wants to be included in everything: the arts and crafts, the movies, and watching TV. She likes the big community room they have for the very large screen TV. She can interact with several people there, so it's a good mix of men and women. Their staff is very knowledgeable and caring. Some of them have been there for over 20 years through the different management changes. They're very dedicated to their work. My friend seems to be enjoying the food, and they let me bring her snacks that she can keep in a room anytime she feels like having something sweet or having it there as comfort food. They're going through some upgrades, and her air conditioning unit's a little loud, so they're having me check that out, but within the next month, they're doing an overhaul of the air conditioning system. As for the value, it's a little expensive, but they do a lot for her.

We toured seven different properties, hoping to find the one where Mom would walk in and immediately feel, “This is it.” From the moment we met [name removed], we knew we were in good hands. Her sincere passion for caring for seniors showed through every step of the way. She, along with every staff member we encountered, took the time to answer our questions with warmth and thoroughness. The residents we spoke with were genuinely happy, sharing how much they enjoy living there and how excited they were at the thought of Mom joining their community. We were especially impressed when the Executive Director personally introduced himself and shared why he loves being part of such a dedicated team and vibrant community. As if it were meant to be, the perfect room had just become available, so we didn’t hesitate. Now, Mom is eagerly counting down the days until move-in.
