Vista Manor

The rooms are a good size but need to be up graded. The building needs to be painted and power washed. The staff is great. Sandy that works in the office has been a huge help and keeps good communication with our family. The CNA’s are wonderful, Laura, Cats and Kathy have really taken care of my family member that is at Vista Manor.

Nurse Sandra, the best customer service skills ever, very sweet lady to speak with. As far as the Director of Admin which her name was "Keisha" was very unprofessional, seemed like "Keisha" is over-worked", communication was inconsistent, making it very difficult to discuss matter at hand regarding a patient. While some care-givers were kind the overall experience, left us feeling frustrated and concerned, I truly hope management can address staffing issues and improve responsiveness to residents/patient needs.

This place doesn’t even deserve a star but had to put one star to leave a review My dad got put in here because it was the only place with an open bed. The rooms are way to small for 2 people you can’t move around the furniture is old and nasty The CNA’s always say they are busy but I always find them at the desk on their phones. My dad had a pacemaker put in so he’s not supposed to use his left arm but has to if he needs to get up. I’m so disappointed because I’m not from here and have to go home to go back to work next week I’m bawling my eyes out because I’m so scared to leave him at the end of the week 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

My friend was put in this place because they had open beds. What a dump. I really feel sorry for anyone so unfortunate to be put in this place. It's fifty and the furnature looks and smells like it was picked up on the side of the road. My friend had to wait 3 hours for a nurse to come in after using the call button and yelling to take him to the bathroom after he had hip surgery. He ended up being shipped to a hospital after only a 1 week stay here!!! AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

I had a family member stay here recently. From the moment they got there. He was taken care of with a great team working around him till he came back home. The nurses were always quick to respond to his needs day or night. The food was good too. You can see what they have to eat by the nurses station. Also the activities were fun for them to stay active. Physical therapy was great and helped him alot! When it was time for him to leave. They had set up everything needed at home and some dr Appointments too.
