Villa Rio Vista

I live in Villa Rio Vista. It's a very nice place. They let me handle my medications a little bit more freely than most places because I work a job, and I have to take them with me. They don't require me to be here when they give them to me. They leave them in a package, and then I take them when I come home from work a little bit later at night. We're free to come and go as we please. I like that we're located near stores, Jimmy John's, Burger King, and Dunkin' Donuts. We also live near a Walgreens. It is centrally located. We have an extra TV room. I don't take part in much of the activities, but we have that. We have upstairs and downstairs. It's not quite like a house. It was converted from an apartment building to assisted living. It's probably the nicest one in this town. The staff is excellent. They always take care of us and always ask if we need help. If someone has a little trouble going out and getting sodas or something, the staff will buy the sodas. He'll go out of his way to make sure we're happy. The facility is excellent, and it's landscaped nicely. It's lovely. I think it's worth the money because utilities are included, and we have a refrigerator in our room, TVs, and an extra activities room. I just think this place is top-notch. They treat me well.

Nice villa

A WONDERFUL community with real people taking care of each resident/family member like (and often better) than family - people like me alone to care for three disabled family members and no family to help, I've been amazed at the sincerity of everyone here from the very first conversation to my most recent needs, real - true - caring - humans. The rooms are spotless, he bathrooms are clean, safe and comfortable. The community room is amazing and the library/card room too. The dining room is cozy just like a family home not a "cafeteria" with a wonderful mealplan suited for the many health needs of its residents like my own relatives - high bood pressure, diabetes, high cholestrerol and much more! I can't begin to imagine how they address everyne's needs but they also allow fridges in the rooms and there are many stores in walking distance. I can't say enough - there's too much to be thankful for. Thank you all the team at Villa Rio Vista

My brother is now at Villa Rio Vista. Overall, it's very good. The hygiene, attention, friendliness, the facility in general, and the people that work there are very good. Food is good and well prepared. For activities they have conversations, mental games, and movies. They do all kinds of activities. However, the physical facility needs a little bit of freshening up.

When my brother recently needed to enter an assisted living facility, I was lucky to find Villa Rio Vista. I live in NJ and am currently not able to visit as much as I would like. The staff at Villa Rio Vista treats my brother like family and gives him personalized attention. Alex, Hannah, Nadia, and the rest of the staff assisted in making his transition to living at the facility very smooth. I am confident that he is receiving attentive and thoughtful care and that all of his needs are being met. The environment, the high quality meals that are provided, and the caring staff have made him feel very at home, comfortable and at ease there.
