Vida Holistica ALF

My mom spent the last two years of her life here at Vida Holistica. I couldn't be happier that she was there. Ivonne, the owner was most helpful in all aspects. When searching for a facility, all other ALF's first question was regarding insurance or payment (no personal questions about the patient or anything), but Ivonne asked if she could meet my mom before anything else. The facility was always sparkling clean and food was good. The staff was careful and looked after my mother with kindness as she declined. Having seen some of the other options, I know that this was the best option for care. I visited the facility almost daily for my mother's time there and never once saw an issue at all. The house was always clean and residents treated respectfully. I live near by and had brought her from out of state. I never once was worried about her or her condition while at the facility. I knew that the was being taken care of and comfortable. Since the owner is also a nurse, she knew the ins and outs of care and helped to facilitate the best scenarios for my mom. If anyone is considering Vida Holistica as an ALF for their loved one, I would strongly suggest it.

The level of patience, kindness, and attention she receives daily has truly exceeded our expectations. What stands out most is how genuinely caring the staff is. They treat residents with dignity and compassion, creating an atmosphere that feels more like a home than a facility. Our grandmother has felt comfortable, supported, and cared for since the moment she arrived, which has brought tremendous relief to our entire family. The home itself is always organized, peaceful, and welcoming. It’s obvious that the team takes pride in maintaining a warm and positive environment where residents can enjoy comfort and companionship. Another thing we deeply value is the trust and communication they provide to families. Anytime we have questions or simply want an update, the staff is attentive and reassuring. Knowing our grandmother is surrounded by people who truly care gives us confidence and peace of mind every day. We are sincerely appreciative of the dedication and heart shown by everyone at Vida Holística ALF and would gladly recommend them to any family searching for quality care for their loved one.
