4.3 · 112 reviewsMy company completed a glass installation project for them four months ago, and we have yet to see a single dime for our labor or materials. Since completing the job, they have completely ghosted us. They ignore our invoices, refuse to reply to emails, and duck every single phone call. It is completely unacceptable to leave subcontractors hanging for months on end after we've held up our end of the deal. Their lack of communication and total disregard for honest businesses is incredibly unprofessional. Save yourself the stress and financial headache—do not work with them.

I enjoyed the tour and felt right at home. The staff were very accommodating and knowledgeable. The couple of residents I came across were welcoming as well. The Casino and pool area really got my attention. I am seriously considering the move into the Verena.

Warm, Welcoming, and Beautiful Community! I recently visited Verena at Delray, and I was so impressed by the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with genuine warmth and professionalism. The community has such a positive and vibrant atmosphere — residents were smiling, chatting, and clearly enjoying the many activities available. The grounds and common areas are spotless and beautifully designed, giving the whole place a resort-like feel while still feeling homey and comfortable. I also loved how engaged the residents were — it’s clear that Verena at Delray fosters a true sense of community and connection. If you’re looking for an independent living community that combines comfort, care, and an active lifestyle, Verena at Delray is definitely worth visiting.
My brother lived at the Verena for four years. There were periods when the services were erratic. With the new ownership, management, and upgrades to the facility, I would now say that, with the current pricing, this is a great value if you are looking for an independent living situation in Florida.
I can’t say enough good things about Verena at Delray! From the moment you walk in, you feel the warmth and friendliness from both the residents and the staff. The community is always clean, beautifully maintained, and full of life. The activities are well planned and keep everyone engaged, from fitness classes and outings to special events that make every day enjoyable.
Do your research. They want a 30 day notice if you’re moving out even if you died! Having my dear cousin pass away early one morning we went to the office and they told me I still needed to give a 30 day notice -I said how can I give a 30 day notice if you die? now they’re trying to extort her family for more rent. Also check out who drives their bus from what I hear the person driving the bus does not have the correct license so there may be a lawsuit in their future because our cousin also fell on the bus as nobody was assisting and she feel! She said he was a dishwasher in the kitchen! Beware!
Verena at Delray was very nice and clean-looking. The people were dressed nicely, and the apartments were nice, too. I don't have any negatives. My friends also like it. There was an apartment with a full kitchen. The staff was very nice. It is near Delray Medical Center, and they have a pool, too.
