3.0 · 1 reviewsOur apartments are beautiful. Unfortunately the entranceway and hallways are disgustingly ugly and dirty, as are the elevators. Although complaints have been lodged for 3 and one half years, this remains the same. This management company does not seem to care about the residents. They need to hire a cleaning company that comes and cleans regularly ! If there were other affordable Senior apartments in the area, I would move out, but am not able to afford to do so. Also, there are no outside facilities or even space to gather. Socialization is paramount for Senior Citizens, yet Concord gives no…

Our apartments are beautiful. Unfortunately the entranceway and hallways are disgustingly ugly and dirty, as are the elevators. Although complaints have been lodged for 3 and one half years, this remains the same. This management company does not seem to care about the residents. They need to hire a cleaning company that comes and cleans regularly ! If there were other affordable Senior apartments in the area, I would move out, but am not able to afford to do so. Also, there are no outside facilities or even space to gather. Socialization is paramount for Senior Citizens, yet Concord gives no heed to the requests for clubroom opening times or outside sitting areas. No pool, no picnic area.
