Thank you, Dina for all your help. My Mom is in rehab from a broken hip and we are trying to find a new home for her. Dina has been very helpful. It’s so nice to have an expert helping me along the way.
My sisters and I have been working with Dina to help our mom and step-dad move into a safer living situation as they age. Since we all live far away, Dina has worked with us over the phone, connecting us to the resources we need. It’s been a long journey that has been hard for our parents and Dina has been responsive and helpful throughout. She has coordinated people to go visit our parents and check on them, bring them lunch, help with cleaning and other tasks as well as connected us to the right people who can help us get any documents in place. I would like to offer my experience with Dina and her Ultimate Resource team. I had a client that we helped promote her independence with in-home care and when the client needed help deciding on her next chapter of her storied life, I reached out to Dina. Her expertise in finding solutions for families is unmatched. Her initial meeting with the family consisted of building a foundation by listening to the clients wants, needs and desires for her future home. After establishing discovery information and trust with the client, Dina was able to assist the client find her new home closer to her family out of state.
