Tuscany Villa of Naples

After 90 days in a New York city rehab facility my sister arrived at Tuscany Heights. Six weeks later she is thriving both mentally and physically. The staff is consistently attentive, responsive and compassionate, the food is wonderful and the facility feels and looks like a high end hotel. We could not be happier that we chose Tuscany Heights for my sister and highly recommend it as it is indeed a first class assisted living facility.

When faced with the situation of having to place your loved one in a Senior Living facility comes your way, believe me it’s a very emotional and stressful experience. We looked extensively at who could provide the absolute highest quality and best living experiences for our Dad. When we found Tuscany we knew we had to look no further. The Condos are very roomy and well maintained. The staff exemplary, helpful and supportive. It took absolutely no time for my Dad to acclimate and feel right at home. My mother-in-law lived at Tuscany Heights Senior Living in Naples for 6 years, until she passed away, and she loved it there! The administration and staff made her feel loved and she considered them family. They are very caring, personable, attentive, and professional. Tuscany provides a wide variety of activities and outings to appeal to every interest. They also hold special events frequently and always include residents' family members. They did a great job of always keeping me informed of any concerns regarding my mother-in-law. I never had to wonder if she was doing okay. I cannot say enough good things about Tuscany Heights and the great people who work there, especially Colleen, Julie, Kristina, and Margaret. I will miss visiting the place and I am so grateful for the wonderful, loving care they provided my mother-in-law. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great assisted living facility.

My grandfather is a resident here, and the staff and other residents are amazing except the night staff that sit by the doors to let you in and out after hours. It is abolutwly astonishing how rude they have been both evenings I was visiting.

My parents moved into Tuscany Villas last September. The staff are very hands on and involved in daily activities. The activities director is wonderful with the residents and so enthusiastic. All the staff is very caring and genuine and you will always see them helping residents at events. Tuscany went out of their way to help my parents get wifi in their apartment so they could stream church services. I highly recommend this facility and only wish they offered a memory care unit.
