The entire team at Tuscany Villa is exceedingly caring and loving. They went above and beyond to assist our loved one in his time of need. Every detail was attended to, and our family will forever be grateful for the care they provided. The facility was always safe and clean for residents, but more importantly, it was a loving home. Thank you for everything you did to make our entire family feel as though we were part of your family.

As my mom’s dementia advanced and she was not able to care for herself, I knew she would need a place that provided her with care, help, and, most of all, attention. I looked at about 15 places in Brevard County before I heard about Tuscany Villa. On my first visit (which ended up being unannounced due to my mix-up), I was greeted by a friendly, knowledgeable caregiver who welcomed me, toured me and answered lots of questions. I cannot imagine a better place for anyone needing assistance with living!!! As my mom’s dementia advanced and she was not able to care for herself, I knew she would need a place that provided her with care, help, and, most of all, attention. I looked at about 15 places in Brevard County before I heard about Tuscany Villa. On my first visit (which ended up being unannounced due to my mix-up), I was greeted by a friendly, knowledgeable caregiver who welcomed me, toured me and answered lots of questions. She even allowed the residents to answer a few of my questions, based on their experiences. I felt like our conversation was one to help me make the best decision for my mom, not to ‘sell’ me on the facility (which had been my experiences with other places). I am so thankful Tuscany Villa exists! My mom is loved, cared for, comfortable and happy! She has some ‘quirky’ requests and they do their best to accommodate. I visit often and am so thankful for how well the caregivers love on my mom…. And me! When I cannot visit often, I am comforted knowing they will be there in such loving ways for her. I am so very grateful for everything they do! This is the ‘gold standard’ in ALFs in my opinion! -Deedie Calhoun

Tuscany House was good. There were only five people to take care of, so they can give more personalized care. The people there that are giving the care are very nice, and it seemed like they genuinely like elderly people. Every other week they have people that come in to play musical instruments. I just like the kind of care that they give, and they seem like nice people.
I am forever grateful to the staff at Tuscany House for making my uncle’s final days as comfortable as possible. Not only were his physical needs met but the compassionate staff made sure to give him something to smile about each and every day. Tuscany House is a clean, cheerful homelike setting that I would highly recommend.
My father spent his last years at Tuscany House loved, well cared for, and happy. This statement is based on witnessing his mood after visiting unannounced throughout the week and time of the day... something you should do for your loved one wherever they receive ALF care. My father had a terrible fall at a larger facility and we thought we'd lose him. After rehab, an ALF placement consultant interviewed him and me leading to Tuscany. Please realize Tuscany offers a home setting rather than an institutional or club like ambience. This was critically important for my father. After 5 years and approaching his 95th birthday he just told everyone he was done. Tuscany arranged Hospice care to supplement their own care... he passed peacefully. I'm for ever grateful to Cheri.
My friend was at Tuscany House for an extended time. I was so impressed with the professionalism of the staff and their genuine regard for the caring and comfort of everyone - patients and family alike. The cleanliness and orderly manner in which everything was done was excellent. Each person and their family was treated with the utmost respect and kindness. I highly recommend this facility!
