3.5 · 15 reviewsVisited a friend’s mother here a few times. The place is small and easy to find. Staff were polite enough at the desk, but it never felt organized. When I asked simple questions about how she was doing, answers were vague or I got passed around. It did not feel like anyone had a clear handle on what was going on. The atmosphere was tense more than welcoming. I would look at other assisted living options before recommending this one.
We have had many clients of ours at Treemont and have heard very nice things. The staff has always been great to our clients and us when we visit. They are always accommodating for the needs of their residents and treat everyone like family.
My mom was literally dying before I placed her at Treemont on the Park. She has now survived over 11 years there as a resident. It was the care and concern the staff has for her and the other residents. My mom always felt safe and happy. She has been well cared for and Treemont has become family, not only to her, but to me as well. There is little to no turn over in staff which speaks volumes on the professionalism of the staff and owners. My mom is now in hospice at Treemont and has successfully aged in place and their care for her has been over and above what I expected.

My mom had been a part of the Treemont on the Park family for over 11 years. When she was first admitted in 2011, her doctor told me to expect her to pass within months, however, with their love and care, she has survived all these years with her family of the wonderful staff that works there. I’ve witnessed them sitting for as long as it takes to make sure she and others eat a balanced meal to stay strong. They provide activities that are not boring and not too overwhelming. My mom has never begged me to take her home, as I expected, because in her mind all these years, she was already home with the love she has always enjoyed all her life with her own family while she was well. The staff has remained the same with very little turnover. I feel blessed to also feel like a part of the family. I am very confident in the care and concern she receives at Treemont on the Park and will be forever grateful for them for helping me to navigate my mom’s illness and managing her Alzheimer’s diagnosis all these years. They are worth their weight in gold!!!
This place is not only a dump but dangerous. They don't take care of residents, miss medicate them and lie to family about their love one's status. If you love your family member this definitely is not the a place for them. I don't how they maintain their license.
Very nice
The staff at Treemont on the Park was very good. They're really good to the people there, but the facility itself was fairly rundown. They have single rooms, but shared baths, and that wouldn't work for my mom. The place needed to be updated, and it was kind of messy. When I got there, all the residents were in the courtyard, which was very nice, but I didn't see many places where they could have indoor activities. They have doctors come in for the residents.
Place is horrible. The review i read made me sick. I went there. Looks like a flophouse. I would not leave my pet there. My friend is there. I cried half way home. Not even a real bed. Crammed in corner of dumpy room .Had gross bathroom. Courtyard is just a cage. Dirty with people roaming around. Go see it yourself
