Treasure Coast ALF

Devoline, owner of Treasure Coast AL and her staff have taken wonderful care of my 97-year old mother, Frances, for over two years. My mother receives continuous excellent care in a friendly, family-like surrounding. She is always groomed and dressed each day and encouraged to participate in activities and conversation. On the occasions when I plan an outing for her, Devoline and her staff always have her dressed and ready, The meals served are delicious and nutritional. In fact, when visiting around meal time, the meal often smells so good and I think about how nice it would be to stay and join them. One of the things that offer me the most assurance about the care Mom is getting si that I am able to visit any time. No matter what time I arrive, the house is always neat, clean and free of unpleasant odors normally associated with nursing and assisted living homes. The atmosphere is always warm, caring and serene; I believe it contributes to the ability of the residents to adapt to their new surroundings more easily. I am very comfortable knowing that my mother is receiving the very best of care and that I don’t have to worry about her when I travel or away from home. I am also pleased with the fact that doctors and medical care are performed at the residence and that all medications are delivered by a local pharmacy. During my mother’s tenure at Treasure Coast AL, I have no complaints but have lots of praises. Therefore, I highly recommend Devoline and her staff at Treasure Coast AL as providers of the very best care and quality of life as possible.

I was impressed with her nursing knowledge and skill in caring for their physical needs. I was also impressed by her compassion and interest in their personal history and comfort. She went out of her way and beyond expectations. She took Dorothy to Martin hospital and saw that she was admitted to the emergency room. Dorothy passed in 2013. Shortly thereafter Mary's husband died and we did not hesitate to move Mary to the facility because we knew she would not only receive quality medical care but personal care. This was recently demonstrated when Devoline saw Marys BP drop, called an ambulance and Mary was admitted to the Tradition Med Ctr. We were surprised and pleased two days later when we visited Mary to find Devoline there. She had come on her own time to visit and encourage Mary. She is a skilled nurse, compassionate and willing to give of herself in the care of residents at her facility.
