My family needed to find a rehabilitation facility for our mother after her hospital stay. We heard so many nightmare stories and were scared of making the wrong choice. We opted with Sinai and it was the best choice we could have made. The facility was clean, the personnel were friendly and helpful and the nursing care was exceptional. We could not have dreamed of a better experience. Our family felt confident that our mom was in good hands. It has certainly restored my faith in an industry that doesn’t always have the best rapport. Thank you to the entire staff that made this experience an excellent one.

I had an awful Experiance with this facility. No personal attention. No explaination about my questions. The sales person was very disrespectful and very very upset when she wasn’t helping, I asked the CEO President to talk with me about this irate Person. The ceo President never called me and I feel contact was intercepted perhaps by the sales person that told me the ceo wasn’t in charge, she was!!! If the ceo just heard the disgruntled sales person side and really based an opinion on that, afyer me saying all this was terribly inconsiderate and to talk to me please when she can pick any time. It never happened. At first I met with them and toured and flew there from another state all at my expense which was what I wanted. I was told after she went over all my financials and toured, I was told I was a good fit!!! Then when the sales person was supposed to tell me what else was needed, she didn’t folliwed through. She said I needed a physical with my doctor and report. She was unwilling to send it by fax as the dr required due to HEPA law. Unwilling. She was upset that I needed to ask what’s needed bext because I was at the Dr office. Nothing!!! Then she tells me many times I’m not a good fit with no reasons. The ceo president is in charge and I felt needed to hear what is going on at her facility. I’ve waited long enough and even certified mail, signature Reqd, but nobody talked to me sbout what and why I was treated in this fashion. Everything was done according to tgeir instructions. The ceo president Ms. Rachel Blumberg Never gave me the courtesy of a call to hear what is going needed to question. I was never treated like this in my life! A lot of the help was let go and more will folliwed due to immigration issues. I’m a legal upstanding citizen who didn’t deserve this. When she told me afyer accepting me, she told me I’m not a good fit and find somewhere else. And she put a little heart emoji with it. How RILUDE!!!! I will carry this further now that a lot of time was given and seems they don’t care that they’ll get a terrible review based on my Experiance. I had my hopes up to start my new chapter after my husband dying and adult kids all in different states and one out of country. I didn’t want to be alone and I was ready to sell my 10 room home with inground heated pool and spa to go to a happy new Area and make all new friends! That got abruptly hauled because of the fact there’s no respect or dignity and conversation about the terrible treatment. Disgusting!
