She looked at the blood work and saw that my loved one is anemic and we were able to get him on a supplement. All of the residents seem relaxed and happy in their home.
Compassionate, caring people. Kinder people than Will and Linda do not exist. The staff is like family, and my loved one had the best life he could have had in his later years. A true home like setting with the best care.
A clean and safe environment for the elderly [name removed] is a very knowledgeable young lady who knows her stuff when it comes to the demands of the elderly

I loved the home setting for my uncle Mrs. [name removed] is provided a private room and bath for him 3 great meals and snacks if he wanted also activities to keep him busy a loving atmosphere for all that came their I would definitely recommend her to others....
The best care in a home like setting. So much better than a "facility" where there are many residents and few caregivers. Personalized care to the highest degree is found at TLC.
We were very concerned by the appearance of TLC's facility. We felt the staff was well prepared, educated and showed a sense of comradery & ease with one another. The room that was available was not suitable at all. The dog Raz that greeted us in the yard & followed us in to the home peed on a chair in the living space, not good. We appreciate the expertise of the staff we spoke with however the building is not acceptable for or family's needs.
Rowena was warm & friendly. Home was nice. Concern Rowena was the only caregiver except if she needed to be away she had an alternate. As a family we know the demands of around the clock care. We felt the situation of the family (Rowena, Fiancé & teenage son) living in the care home was not ideal. Strong perfumed scent in the living space. Available accommodations were bright and comfortable. Bathroom was not suitable for our Mom's needs. Rowena was not well prepared for ?'s we asked but did get back to us by phone. This setting is not the right fit for our family.
I have not actually stayed there as a resident but I have visited many times, even attending a celebration or two :) The owners, Will & Linda Gifford are amazing people. They take home care to the next level. They are cautious about about the food they prepare and chemicals used in and around the home. As we know, these things can improve how our bodies act and feel which is very important. The staff work hard making this care home a comfortable living environment that is both healthy and safe. They are both kind and caring. Should I need a facility like this, I will definitely go to TLC Family Care Home!
