2.9 · 117 reviewsTHIS IS A FAKE PLACE INSIDE THE TITUSVILLE NURSING HOME!!!!! THERE IS NO LONG TERM INDEPENDENT LIVING HERE! JUST NURSING HOME ROOMS, THAT'S IT!
This place is unlivable the roof is leaking they don't want to pay employees to keep the place clean the rooms aren't clean and something needs to be done immediately this is becoming a health issue and I'm concerned for my loved one and the other residents
If I could do no stars I would. Dirty building, horrible food, extremely low staffed. No real rehab or activities and even worse absolutely no place to go outside. And I am paying the same amount as way nicer places.

This is the worst facility I've ever been in! Staff is non attentive, I asked for washcloth and towels 3 days ago still have not received them they seem to have lost my clothes in the laundry for 3 days now. Food is cold My mother passed away yesterday and my sister called to have me call home the nurses station couldn't be bothered to contact me .
This place is the worse place ever, do not send your family members here if you want them to progress. Staff is not reliable and good luck getting anyone to open the doors for you. Place is disappointing and disgusting. For the price they are profiting off insurance from the patients.

Not good. I took my wife for 5 days not my choice but things can changed. NOT!!!! In 1991 my mother pasted while staying there. The staff was unprofessional and the higher ups need to communicate. My experience again was terrible. Please think it over very deeply before having your love stay for even a short time. PG
I can’t say enough wonderful things about Titusville Rehab and Nursing Center.The staff is incredibly kind, compassionate, and attentive to residents’ needs. The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and feels warm and welcoming. The nurses and caregivers truly go above and beyond to make sure residents feel comfortable and valued. I highly recommend Titusville Rehab and Nursing Center to anyone looking for quality care for their loved ones!
