There is no teamwork, always short staffed, and the employees are rude. I would not put my worst enemy in this facility it is that bad. This place should be shut down by the state, and I do not know how they have not been shut down yet. The supervisors treat their staff horrible. I have never seen so much neglect, abuse, in my life. So if you are looking for a place to put your loved one I would definitely think more than twice before you bring them to…

It’s a little soon to be giving a review right now, but I will say that when they come and got my mom from the hospital to take her to timber Ridge for rehab they were so pleasant and kind with my mom and gentle, and they were very attentive to her needs when they got her to temper Ridge and she was very happy and I’m pleased with that and I want to thank the ladies that picked up my mom for being so kind and just nice and sweet to her as well as the nurses who took her in and made sure she was comfortable before I left. Timber Ridge is the epitome of what any extended health care facility should emulate. Today was my first visit with my sister ( I live 350 miles one way). This was a pop in visit unexpectedly, and my sister other and I are so appreciative from this impromptu visit of the care our sister is receiving. The receptionist desk was very warm, friendly, and welcoming and has a safe protocol in place. The other staff members went beyond the norm to help and were so caring. My other sister visiting and I were amazed and pleased about the cleanliness and odor-free of the facility, a family oriented…

This was a pop in visit unexpectedly, and my sister other and I are so appreciative from this impromptu visit of the care our sister is receiving. The receptionist desk was very warm, friendly, and welcoming and has a safe protocol in place. The other staff members went beyond the norm to help and were so caring. My other sister visiting and I were amazed and pleased about the cleanliness and odor-free of the facility, a family oriented environment, and the dedication given to each client. We are so grateful that our sister is being served by Timber Ridge. It takes TEAMWORK to make the dream become a living reality! A success story that needs to be showcased nationwide on CNN, other news stations, etc. Timber Ridge should be used as the Benchmark for other facilities, and other facilities that are below the Benchmark should actually observe, shadow, and be trained by the Timber Ridge staff! This is one facility that deserves grants and extra funding from the government for them to operate and maintain the standards in place. May God extend bountiful favor to each employee who has been so loving and kind to our sister.

I wouldn't send anyone you love to this facility. My sister was having seizures and showing signs of dementia and they said "she was fine". I advocated for her and had her sent to the ER. Never was she going to return to this facility.
My mother spent 2 months in this facility recovering from a fall. She comes about the food which was little. How is a person supposed to build strength with little to eat. At the end of the 2 months the evaluating doctor cleared her However didn’t communicate with the physical therapy staff keeping her longer in rehab and costing out of the pocket money . Because of this lack of treatment she was short of breath needed to the hospital and ended with kidney failure and hospice care . Needless to say she did not make it. The facility didn’t have up to date contact information and I was not notified of her hospitalization. I will never recommend this place!!!
Im giving two stars for the nurses that actually are wonderful. Unfortunately there are a handful of nurses that clearly dislike their job and make me wonder why they even work there. My grandmother needed to be here for rehab after surgery and for some odd reason 2 of the about 5 nurses ive met have been awful one is Tamia. If you have this nurse RUN AWAY. Incredibly rude had no problem saying her name after roughly grabbing and handling my grandmother disappearing for hours with literally not even ADMIN being able to find her. Was on the phone and had an ear bud in her ear. All she could talk about was wanting to go home and be done with these quote "awful people" Incredibly disrespectful to see someone so horrible tending to elderly paitents. Hope something is done about her. Besides her and the other nurse (i cannot remember the name to) everyone else has been kind and trying to help us contact managers to ensure my grandma is cared for. Arteesha is absolutely awful had no problem being rude and disrespectful to the paitents and the family visiting. If u see her RUNNNN probably better off taking your family to another care center

TimberRidge is a family of caring, passionate people that care and enjoy their residents. There is great interaction with team members and residents. The team at Timber ridge does a Great job keeping family members informed and in communication with their Loved ones. It’s not easy living out of state, but my mom is in a facility where everyone is a family member. TimberRidge does not have a corporation feel and for that I am grateful … these are well experienced professionals and have years of experience at Timber Ridge. That says a lot about a work place when there is longevity with team members. Thank you to the admissions and office team as well… Everyone is kind and beyond helpful!
