Timber Greens

The clubhouse brings together dining and spaces for group events. Casual dining is available daily at the 19th Hole Bar and Grille, which serves food and a full bar while overlooking the pool. Food and bar service is also available at poolside seating. The clubhouse has dining and banquet facilities, and its Great Room includes an entertainment stage for large dining events and banquets. The community also lists celebrations, wedding receptions, business meetings and golf outings among the occasions its dining facilities can accommodate.

The 125,000-gallon swimming pool is beside an octagonal hot tub with a 12-foot waterfall. The fitness center has cardiovascular and strength-training equipment, while a separate movement area is used for instructor-led yoga and easy-stretch classes. Together, these facilities offer residents options for swimming, strength and cardio workouts, and guided movement classes.

Other clubhouse spaces support quieter and small-group activities. The library has puzzles and hard- and softcover books, and there are also arts and crafts and meeting rooms. The card room can be reserved for private dining. A full calendar of social events and activities adds organized gatherings to the dining, recreation and hobby spaces available in the community.

Seven miles of neighborhood roads and sidewalks provide routes for walking, running or biking, and Jay B. Starkey Wilderness Park is nearby. Timber Greens is also described as close to Gulf Coast beaches, sports arenas, fine arts venues, theaters, museums and theme parks. Its shared facilities range from sports courts and exercise areas to dining rooms and spaces for reading, crafts and meetings.
