Anthony has been our point of contact and has literally gone above and beyond to help the transition and I don’t know what we would’ve done without him. But to be honest, everyone who works here has been amazing, not just Anthony.
Wonderful assisted living facility with a caring and compassionate staff. The team is attentive, the community is clean and welcoming, and the residents are treated with kindness and respect. It’s clear they are dedicated to providing quality care in a warm, supportive environment. Highly recommend!
My brother had been at the Vista for the past 16 months. The caregivers, med techs, and nurses are very caring. I am especially grateful to caregiver, Maria, who has been there for 20 years. She is a small woman but she is strong and has a big heart. She was so kind to my brother. The Vista was going through a transition of management when I brought my brother there. Leslie the general manager was very attentive to my concerns. She gave me her cell phone number and I called her several times at home. We toured four communities before this one and nothing compared. The ratio of staff to residents is noticeable in practice, not just on paper. My dad gets actual attention, not just check-in boxes ticked.
the view from the second floor lounge is gorgeous and my mom sits there most mornings now. she's made friends and she laughs on the phone when we talk, which she wasn't doing before. hard to ask for more than that.
Solid place. Dad's medication management has been flawless and the nursing team communicates clearly. Took a few weeks to feel fully settled but the staff were patient through the adjustment and that made all the difference.
My mother has been a resident for about six months and her happiness here has been the best outcome we could have hoped for. The staff knows her story, her humor, and her routines. It stopped feeling like a facility and started feeling like home pretty quickly.
