The Tremont - A Provincial Senior Living Community

What they could improve on would be Cleanliness of the facility, Friendliness, Quality of care, Administrative staff, Food, Activities, and Value for the money. Would not recommend, this is not an Independent living facility but an Assisted Living. It smells like urine, food is terrible, staff is disrespectful.

Tremont Senior Living Review My wife and I have been at Tremont for a month and are thrilled with our decision to move here. The management and staff are exceptional—cooperative, friendly, and truly outstanding. I was surprised by the number of residents needing extra medical assistance, but given the high cost of assisted living, it makes sense why they’re here. The food is solid, rating an 8 out of 10—not bad at all.A few additions would enhance the experience:Shuffleboard courtsMiniature golfMore activities for able-bodied residentsIt would be fantastic if Tremont offered optional dining plans. We often only need one meal and light snacks, so paying for three meals a day feels excessive. A bistro-style restaurant with drinks and light snacks at an additional cost would be a great solution. The new owners are investing heavily in improvements, and I’m optimistic about the results.Overall, I’d rate Tremont a 9 out of 10. With a few enhancements, it could be even better, but I’m happy to give them time to grow.

Family, that is what we are like! One big family. If you come check it out you would enjoy it. Verbally when you come in to look things over as a new newbie, they will tell you apartment sizes and amenities, of course are always listed on a notices that we get telling us daily and they also have a monthly to show us what's activities trips or whatever.

I moved to Tremont. What I like best is that it's more homey, reasonably priced, and friendly. The staff is pleasant and efficient. The food is well prepared, and it is plentiful. The facility is sturdy, comfortable, clean, and convenient. We have outings to different restaurants. There's a pool. There are other activities, exercises, sessions daily, and entertainment. I'm in a studio, and it's big enough.

It was the most horrible experience of our life. Following a hurricane, unattended leaks were exposed. As a result, walls were torn out for repair that took months and resulted in a severe roach infestation. They offered no remedy to my mom and brother that lived there at the time. They then told other residents and staff that my mom and brother caused the roach problem which was absolutely incorrect. As a result of no remedy, we moved them to another facility at great cost and upheaval to a 93 year old woman and deaf and blind 69 year old. The whole experience and lack of remedy or solution was absolutely unacceptable. She now lives in a lovely facility with good food and competent management. It was a huge adjustment and very upsetting relocation for them.
