The Residence at Paddock Park II

This letter is to express our enormous gratitude for the dedication and loving care given to our mother, Gloria R. at Residence at Paddock Park. Your staff, Mrs. Trujillo, the residents at Paddock, and you were like family to our mother and us. My mother came to Residence at Paddock Park on September 1, 2012 and she passed away there on January 14, 2017. At her different stages there, she was spoon feed her meals, she was always clean and dressed, and she participated on a social level with holidays, birthday or watching television. We often visited and we never found the residence in disarray. It was always clean and pleasure to take any family visitors to see our mother. I can testify that she often laughed, danced, and received loving hugs from the staff and Armando. The extension of a caring love from her family was given at the residence to her by all. She was given always special attention, and we were always informed of any irregularities. This allowed us peace of mind since we worked. Words can never express our gratitude for Armando and staff, though this letter is an effort to do so. This letter is a testimonial for families like us that are looking for caring, secure, and loving extension of home. My sister, our families and I are grateful for all that was done for our mother's quality of life. We will always be grateful.

My mom is now in Residence at Paddock Park. It's pretty good so far. She is Hispanic, and half of their staff there is Hispanic, so she is blending well. The food is good too. They have a Spanish flavor to it. It is similar to what she is accustomed to, so it works out well. The staff helps her use the bathroom, and they'll monitor her in showers. My mom can still do stuff like that on her own, but they will monitor her and make sure she gets to and from fine. They are very good. They always talk to her, so it is all good. They have activities too. They paint their nails, and they have puzzles, sing-a-long s,and dancing.

I'm searching for a facility for my mother. Last week, I visited the Residence at Paddock Park. I must say out of all the facilities I have visited during my search for the best home, I was very pleased with this facility. As soon as you walk in there is a very homie feeling, the facility was very clean, and there was a very calm and soothing atmosphere. My mother will be moving in next week. I highly recommend this assisted living facility.
