Place should be shut down immediately these people don’t care about the elderly here. If you don’t wanna work then don’t show up. These people struggle everyday to eat their meals, cry out for help, and they’re not getting the proper care that they need.

Went to visit my father in law after he was transferred to this facility. They made it seem like a decent place at first, but over the entire weekend no one attended to him. His bed was completely soiled and he said no one came to help him up or bring food. There was no way for him to contact staff. When I called the front desk they transfer you to a nurse station, but no one picks up. I had to track down help and was given the excuse by two different aides "i just got here". We called an ambulance instead and they immediately transferred him to a hospital. Was told he was severely dehydrated and covered with bites. He absolutely did not arrive in this condition. Do not send your loved ones here.
