Sadly I was unable to move to Stuart. I have to praise the Communication I had with Chip. I spoke with him a few times, he was always professional, and pleasant. That, the last time we spoke and I told him I was not moving to Stuart, he offered suggestions and ideas of places I could call in the area I was going to live. Not only just the names, he looked the phone numbers up for me. He told me if I had any questions or needed help to give him a call back. It seems it’s hard to find really good, honest and kind Customer Service in So many places nowadays. I appreciate him going above and…

I visited this community several times and especially enjoyed the events for residents, professionals and prospective residents. The community is full of life and the staff is attentive to the residents social needs. The dinning room has expanded hours and great menu selections. Chip is a genuine and accommodating host!

The staff is very friendly and attentive to all your needs. The residents are like family. Everyday activities, lovely pool, and the restaurant is yummy too! The community is so close to beaches, shopping and other restaurants! You can even have your doctor come see you in your apartment anytime you need! I love being a resident here!

The Pointe is a great place! My uncle lived there for 3 years and I never felt uneasy about him being there! All the staff went out of their way to keep an eye on him - they made sure he ate his meals, and they would even escort him back to his apartment when he needed a little extra help! They always went above and beyond for him and all the other residents by treating everyone with the utmost respect! Thank you for doing what you do and for doing it so well!

We visited The Pointe for a Family Member and met with Chip who gave us a complete tour. Actually our tour with Chip felt more like an adventure!! Chip was wonderful, he introduced us to Staff and took the time to explain what life at The Pointe would look like. The amenities were more than we expected. Bus trips, Happy Hours, Bingo.. a full schedule of fun! Once we saw the apartment we knew this would be the perfect home for our Family Member. It’s been 2 months since move-in day and we definitely made the right choice!! It’s everything we hoped it would be and more!

I am so relieved I found this place for my mom. Chip was really helpful with giving me a tour, selecting the right apartment, and answering all my questions. The building was very clean and all the staff I interacted with were very friendly and kind. They have a heated pool, beautiful restaurant and it’s very close to the beach and shopping. All of the residents seemed to be really happy and enjoying themselves.

What a great place for independent seniors! There's a lot of activities to take part in and the food is delicious. So glad we found this place for my aunt.

I've just moved in and I've found the Pointe to have a resort hotel feeling with very pleasant staff and a relaxing atmosphere. The dining room offers delicious food with a restaurant atmosphere. I believe I made the right decision in choosing the Pointe over other independent living locations, I'm very happy here.
