As an industry professional it is my pleasure to recommend The Palms. The staff is experienced with an average tenure of over 10 years. This is unusual in senior living and worth mentioning. Their is a strong sense of community with noticeably enduring relationships amongst both staff and residents.
Absolutely would recommended American House in Fort Myers, FL!! Diana helped to make our transition seamless and we felt like family. Do yourself a favor and go see them today.

We recently had the opportunity to visit American House The Palms and were extremely impressed with the community, staff, and overall atmosphere. Tami, Jacob, and the entire team were welcoming, informative, and clearly dedicated to providing an exceptional experience for residents and their families. During our visit, several residents spoke highly of both the care they receive and the quality of the dining program, which was wonderful to hear firsthand. What stood out most to us was the longevity of both the staff and the residents. That level of retention is a strong reflection of the relationships, consistency, and sense of community that have been built over time. It is evident that American House The Palms has created an environment where people feel valued, supported, and at home. We appreciate the opportunity to learn more about the community and would highly recommend it to families exploring senior living options.
My wife and I as a resident of the palms met a worker name CARMINE L.very helpful i and courteous Her friendly smile and attitude were infectious to the entire residency. She always took time to help with whatever problem we had. she was always a very good worker and had a smile on her face at all times.

The palms is a beautiful place that is full of beautiful smart staff members and people that live there, I recently moved in to the palms a couple days ago, they have a moving company called regal relocations they helped me moved in and got everything assorted for me I was so thankful for them to do this for me I would definitely recommend the palms for anyone that is looking for a retirement.
The staff are very kind and attentive to our need and the residents are friendly and always will to strike up a conversation.
