I chose The Lodge Health & Rehabilitation Center for my aunt after she suffered a stroke, and I couldn’t be happier with the care she received. From the moment we arrived, the facility was clean, and the rooms were large, comfortable, and spacious. The staff was incredibly kind, compassionate, and always willing to help. They made my aunt feel supported throughout her recovery and kept our family informed along the way. Thanks to the outstanding care and therapy she received, my aunt made a full recovery and is doing so much better. I highly recommend The Lodge Health & Rehabilitation Center to anyone looking for quality rehabilitation and skilled nursing care. Thank you to the entire team for everything you do!

I was near death when I got here. Was in ICU before I got here. They were excellent with my care. They helped me get over my infection and helped me walk without losing my balance. I give them 5 stars. I was a difficult patient out of fear and they reassured me and walked me though getting better. I want to recognize my CNA Darlene. She was amazing and took excellent care of me. I would strongly recommend this facility. The social worker, Jonathan, was amazing. He came every time I needed him and helped me stay calm. He is working on my discharge and making sure I will be safe when I leave and kept me informed every step of the way. The therapy team is excellent. The psych team they have come to the facility also assisted me be calm and become independent to return home instead of an assisted living facility.

I visited my uncle on April 19, 2026, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing and concerning. I hadn’t seen him in quite some time, so I was looking forward to checking in on him and making sure he was doing well. However, when I entered his room, I found him sleeping in soiled conditions, and the smell of feces was overwhelming. No patient should ever be left in that state. The room itself also appeared neglected. The floors looked like they hadn’t been properly cleaned or mopped, and overall sanitation was clearly lacking. What was most troubling is that we had to personally notify staff about the situation this is something that should be routinely monitored and addressed without family intervention. I understand that healthcare facilities can be busy, but basic hygiene, dignity, and cleanliness should never be compromised. Seeing a loved one in that condition raises serious concerns about the level of care being provided, not just to him but to other residents as well. I truly hope this is not a common occurrence and that management takes steps to improve oversight, staff responsiveness, and overall patient care standards. Based on this experience, I would rate my visit a 1 out of 5.

I'm going 2 be leaving soon just wanted 2 say that everyone who has taken care of me did an excellent job Fabrizio just 1 of many who i had p.t.a just handled my case very professionally helped push me 2 where I am now my whole team with pt and ot im very grateful all were very friendly therapy was done with excellence and kindness thank u all who helped me get through this and now im on my way home keep up the great work at the lodge

Fabrizio is always cheerful, outgoing, gives you compliments to strengthen your effort. when you don’t do it quite right he shows you the correct way with a pleasant attitude. He is an excellent teacher. He is the teacher you always wanted! Thank you Fabrizio!
