I’ve had the pleasure of bringing my aunt to this facility, and I can honestly say the experience has been nothing short of positive. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed, respected, and genuinely cared for. The nurses and charge nurses are compassionate, attentive, and knowledgeable. I’ve had the pleasure of bringing my aunt to this facility, and I can honestly say the experience has been nothing short of positive. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed, respected, and genuinely cared for. The nurses and charge nurses are compassionate, attentive, and knowledgeable. They take the time to listen, answer questions, and ensure residents receive quality care with dignity and respect. It’s clear they are committed to the well-being of the people they serve. The Director of Nursing and the Administrator have fostered a culture of professionalism, accountability, and compassion. Their leadership is reflected in the way the team works together and in the overall atmosphere of the facility. It’s reassuring to know there is a leadership team that is present, approachable, and dedicated to providing excellent care. I was also impressed by the variety of activities and services offered to residents. There are engaging programs that encourage social interaction, recreation, and mental stimulation, helping residents remain active and connected. The staff goes above and beyond to create a warm, welcoming environment where residents are treated like family. Knowing my aunt is surrounded by people who genuinely care for her gives our family tremendous peace of mind. I’m truly grateful for the kindness, patience, and dedication shown by everyone at this facility. I would highly recommend this nursing home to anyone looking for a place where their loved one will be treated with compassion, respect, and exceptional care.
This place is terrible. They have no compassion for the patients, they don't pay attention to the elderly, they don't help them bathe, they let them fall, they don't respond to patients' calls, they don't take good care of them, there's a shortage of staff, and the head nurse is the most awful person there. She's rude and treats people badly. I don't know how they can have an employee like that. In our experience with my family member, everything was terrible. If you're looking for a place to take your relative, I wouldn't recommend taking them there. This place is the worst, and as another…

This place is terrible. They have no compassion for the patients, they don't pay attention to the elderly, they don't help them bathe, they let them fall, they don't respond to patients' calls, they don't take good care of them, there's a shortage of staff, and the head nurse is the most awful person there. She's rude and treats people badly. I don't know how they can have an employee like that. In our experience with my family member, everything was terrible. If you're looking for a place to take your relative, I wouldn't recommend taking them there. This place is the worst, and as another reviewer said, it's like death row.

The Facility was clean, welcoming and provided a comforting environment for residents and families alike. We are very grateful for the excellent care and support they provided! We will never forget. Thank so much to the entire team.
Actually horrible. Been trying to get in touch with my mother since she was admitted here without my knowledge (I live across the country) and they have not been helpful at all. I’ve called 9 times in the last 3 days, being told they’ll transfer me or she will call me back or she’s on her way back from davita only to never get to actually talk to her . She had a major stoke, she can’t do much on her own, and allegedly there was an issue with the phone in her room that they didn’t bother checking until her other daughter called. They picked up saying “are you the lady who keeps calling” YES I AM! SORRY I AM WORRIED ABOUT MY MOTHER WHO I CANT GET IN CONTACT WITH!! THAT YALL WONT EVEN GO CHECK ON IN HER ROOM TO MAKE SURE SHE WILL ANSWER THE PHONE! Horrible staff, 0 helpfulness, I’m not sure how they treat the residents but based off how they handle simple calls, I wouldn’t be surprised if the residents are treated similarly if not worse.
Absolutely the worst place you can think of putting your loved ones. Why hasn't this place shut down? So many people left this place worst than they came. Please boycott this place.
My husband enjoy his staying in the facility the Nurses and the CNA were great and all the staff .I have no complaints it is a great place to put your family members.
I had a great experience speaking with Luisa from Lilac Rehabilitation Center. She provided excellent customer service and took the time to explain everything clearly. The short video she shared of the facility was very helpful and gave me a great look at the brand-new apartment-style setup. It really helped me understand what the environment is like for patients. I appreciate how informative and professional she was throughout the process. Highly recommend their team for anyone looking into rehabilitation services.
