The Legacy at Boca Raton

My Father came to Legacy 3 months ago for rehabilitation after an ankle surgery and I can’t say enough wonderful things about this facility. The staff is amazing starting with the first person you experience when you walk in at the front desk Jean, she is so accommodating and can answer any question you might have. Scott and Melissa in Admissions from the moment I arrived for my tour they were incredibly professional, compassionate, patient, reassuring and so knowledgeable, if they don’t have the answer they will find it out and circle back to you, I can’t tell you how many places I called that never even returned my call. Their kindness and positive attitude stood out they went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled correctly and that I felt comfortable through out the process. I want to take a moment to express my deepest appreciation for the incredible doctors and nurses who have been caring for my father. Dr Valcin and Diana they take the time to listen, explain everything clearly, answer all my questions, make sure I understood my fathers care, they are extremely knowledgeable and have always made us feel his well being was their top priority. Thank you, Mark, Jasmin, Brooks, Cherine, Karen, Lydie and Harold in respiratory you guys are amazing. I would also like to recognize the CNAs, they have been kind, so compassionate and incredibly attentive, thank you Juliette, Carly, Edeline, Shirley, guilene charlotte and Cora sorry for anyone I have forgot to mention they are all fantastic. I can’t sing them enough praise or recommend the facility or Staff enough!!!

I wanted to say this place is amazing my mom came in here 11/2024 for rehab from relapse of her stage 3 colon cancer, and she fell in love with this place and the staff and asked for us to make her a full time resident, so we did. Scotty is the best administrator ever he truly care who he puts in the rooms they do fill up fast, she was in the Cambridge unit and her nurse Jill is one of the best she would come in on her day off if there was a new nurse on staff to help her patients get their meds on time or just come in and visit them, Charles is also the best him and my mom would make jokes and so friendly and gentle with helping the patients, Nurse Francois and Roxanne are amazing as well they keep you updated daily on the patients conditions, rehab and maintenance are the best ever as well i can not praise this place enough.
