The Isles on Palmer Ranch

The lakeside Village Center is a shared recreational and social space. Listed facilities include a heated lagoon pool, fitness center, card room, lounge, clubhouse, gazebo and patio. Residents can also use four lighted Har-Tru tennis courts, two pickleball courts, two bocce courts, a basketball court and a children’s play area. The community lies along Honore Avenue and is near the Legacy Trail, though the most convenient access point depends on where a home is located. The surrounding Palmer Ranch area has shopping, restaurants, medical offices and parks, with roads connecting residents to downtown Sarasota, Sarasota Square, Venice and nearby Gulf beaches. These are neighborhood conveniences rather than services provided by the community.

The association maintains designated common property and facilities, including covered landscaping, irrigation and stormwater infrastructure. Owners remain responsible for parts of their individual properties, and those obligations vary by home type.
