The layout flows so well, making it easy to get around while creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere. It's a wonderful place with great amenities and a vibrant feel. Highly recommend!
Very pleased with my apartment and surroundings. Everyone is very accommodating and helpful. My dog has adjusted and is making friends with other dogs and loves to greet any visitors. Concierge Brian is helpful in many, many ways and never gets tired of me asking questions. (At least he doesn’t say so) Tara, Frank, Vivian, both Ambers are over the top great. The chef is wonderful and changes out menu often. I am not sorry I moved here, even though it was an adjustment from my previous home. Lots of friendly people here, just need a small dog park 🤣

My father moved into Gallery at Hacienda Lakes late in 2025, and I have been waiting to give my review because I wanted to give it time to judge the experience. I am very satisfied not only with the experience but how problems which inevitably arise are solved. It’s hard to pick what is the best about Gallery at Hacienda Lakes but I will start off with the Concierge Desk which is a 24 service that schedules appointments, drives, meetings, and finding your loved ones if they are not picking up your calls. Many other assisted living residences do not offer this. Brian at the concierge desk is my very favorite employee there offering help and a smile. Claudine and Kiki(?) also are warm and friendly and helpful. Chef Juan is the most wonderful chef—period. We enjoy his meals right up there with our favorite restaurants in Naples. How wonderful that my father and his fellow residents have delicious food while enjoying their golden years. So many assisted living places have such mediocre offerings. Julie and Yammi(sp?) are my 2 favorite waitresses. Cindy, the head nurse, was the first person to really make my dad feel welcome and I am very grateful for this. The PT at Hacienda is terrific. Mike, the driver, is such a godsend for all my dad’s medical appointments plus he has a wonderful personality. Willy is in charge of Maintenance and is patient and hardworking beyond expectations. Hacienda is a new building; hence, new construction problems arise and he is the point person. Keeping this whole show running is Tara who has years of experience with assisted living residences and knows who to keep things going smoothly. What can I say but that my family is happy that my father is at a safe, nice place. When my daughter with her daughter visited from NC, she was so happy to see her grandfather at a place that was so beautiful. Plus, she loved the food—-which is something for a millennial foodie! On my wish list would be PT therapy in the pool and a full time bartender:) My final thoughts are my gratitude for the new friends that my father has made. They meet at the bar for happy hour most nights so the full time bartender is for them as that time is important and gives them all so much fun talking and watching the Masters, football, etc. I looked at least 8-10 other properties before choosing Gallery at Hacienda Lakes and so thankful that my father is happy there.

Our Dad has been a resident at The Gallery since his fall. He requires some help with his daily living. The staff has been phenomenal each and every one seems to take a genuine interest in our Dads wellbeing. Tamara and Amber are in charge of all the activities, from lectures from outside speakers, games, trivia, bingo, corn hole and movies in the Pinnapple Theater with an 85” screen. They both make it so fun for the residents! The clinical staff has been very on top of things and good about communicating health updates. I’ve happily been woken up in the middle of the night with calls from Nancy, Laurie and Polly with important updates. The food is excellent and the dinning room staff are so nice to our dad, Julie usually anticipates what my Dad wants even before he asks. We’ve had a few minor issues that we’ve reported to leadership and they were prompt to resolve the issue. They welcome feedback since they are a newer facility and even have monthly meeting with residents to hear what’s working and what’s not. I would highly recommend The Gallery at Hacienda Lakes ( Naples) for your loved one. They also have independent living and memory care.
I feel so blessed that I discovered The Gallery for my Dad! He absolutely loves it and is thriving at age 96!. The food, amenities, staff, along with the activities that they offer the residents is excellent. In addition, the entire team treats the residents like family. I'm at peace knowing there is 24/7 nursing available . My Dad had to be hospitalized for a brief time and a team member actually visited him in the hospital and we were so touched by this.! The staff has worked so closely with me in helping Dad with the move and transition. Truly it is a family atmosphere and if you are looking for an independent/ ASL/Memory care facility for your loved one, this is it!
The Gallery at Hacienda Lakes offers senior living with a modern approach to amenities and lifestyle. Along with the traditional services, The Gallery at Hacienda Lakes offers a lovely dining room, a full bar, and a high end steak house restaurant. The pool is huge with a gradual slope entry. Tara, Amber, Lisa, Brian and Frank make every visit special. All of my clients have been delighted with their decision to chose this community.
Very fine place. Attractive, upbeat, good dining room, friendly staff, good musical entertainment and some lively activities!
Excellent choice. Professional from the start. When we first came in Amber was the-first to show us around. The concierge , Brian is always available to help. The entire staff seems dedicated to making you feel at home. Most importantly the Medical team is always there for your health and safety.
