My mother-in-law has been a resident in Assisted Living since January 2026. We chose this Community after carefully evaluating all others in the surrounding area. This one stood out as "Premier" and has not disappointed! The community is well maintained, has many various activities, dining food is above average, and it is led by a very passionate and dedicated Executive Director, Samantha Clark. While there is no perfect place, any concerns and/or suggestions we have had were respectively listened to by Samantha and promptly addressed. She has an Open Door Policy for all residents, staff and visitors which is most welcomed. We feel like we definitely made the right decision of choice at the Arbors.
My love ones just recently moved in and I met a few people since their move that I was impressed enough to leave a review. I met this lady in the lobby named Cara and she had great energy and very welcoming. I met Samantha and she asked if I needed anything and when I told her who my loved one was she knew where they were and their room number. I loved that since they just moved in. The community is also very clean and smelled great.
Arbors is an amazing home for my Mom. She is in the Assisted Living side. The accommodations are wonderful. Shout out to Samantha (Executive Director), Angela (Sales) April ( Care Coordinator) and Rachelle (Select PT Manager) for making our transition from rehab to here so smooth and easy. All the staff are so friendly. I am so thankful there was availability right away for my Mom. Thank you Arbors and Select!

BE AWARE IF YOU PUT DOWN A DEPOSIT FOR THE WAIT LIST! My family member chose another option before a room became available at The Arbors of Gulf Breeze. I have requested a refund for our wait list position for over 2 Months with no success. I am now contacting the BBB to open a case and will pursue Small Claims Court if need be. I will update this review as the case progresses.
A warm, friendly and responsive place to call home. Good food, good friends and a good life.
I have a family member in independent living. The Arbors was great until Grace management took over. Rooms are not being cleaned for weeks. This week the cleaner finally came but only emptied trash. Lack of servers in cafeteria. Often waiting 45 minutes for food. Many good and caring workers were let go so now they are understaffed.
The Arbors is now operated by Grace Management but memory care of those suffering from dementia did not improve. Neglect of proper hygiene, namely providing baths and helping with dressing went unaddressed after complaints to management and care staff. Elder abuse and exploitation exists as clothing and other property is reported stolen from rooms. Improper care is provided to washed clothing, with names printed, by being distributed to incorrect rooms and not recovered. Improper or inconsistent administration of prescribed drugs is also another reported issue. Rooms have no monitoring system in case of falls. If a memory care resident falls they may not be checked on for two hours, if then. Even when a resident, who has fallen and bleeding calls a family member for help and the emergency is reported, it is to a front reception area and has taken over 40 minutes to find someone to respond to a room. Dementia care requires family or a loved one to constantly monitor the care of those confused beyond our concept and can not help the way they act.
One must consider that assisted living is just that... "Assisted" not full time nursing home facility, so that being said Why would anyone expect a seven coarse meal served at supper? The staff now are great and caring Individuals that bend over backwards to achieve the appropriate level of care for the residence. Thank you.
