3.3 · 3 reviewsThe facility and rooms are beautiful. The look when you walk in is beautiful, they do a nice job that way. The food is also great. It smells really good and they present it well. A few nurse aids were fabulous and he loves them. He loved everyone really except for the night staff. They are trying their hardest, but some of them are not trained properly. The poor care is mostly from the night staff. Concerns have been non stop since we have been here. We have been asking for the care they promised since the beginning and he is just not receiving that. There are barely any activities provided…

The facility and rooms are beautiful. The look when you walk in is beautiful, they do a nice job that way. The food is also great. It smells really good and they present it well. A few nurse aids were fabulous and he loves them. He loved everyone really except for the night staff. They are trying their hardest, but some of them are not trained properly. The poor care is mostly from the night staff. Concerns have been non stop since we have been here. We have been asking for the care they promised since the beginning and he is just not receiving that. There are barely any activities provided in memory care and they do not encourage the residents, it is not at all what they had advertised it to be. We feel that our family has to be here at all times in order for him to get care. We have had multiple interactions at multiple levels of administration and there is still no change.

Overall I think they do a great job at Sweet Living Facility! The people that work here are very loving and sweet, and they take great care of the people who live here. However, I would really like to see them hire an additional caregiver. There were originally 2 of them, but one of them has been on an extended vacation. This has left just one person watching after 8 people, and I just feel so bad for her! She still does a fantastic job, but it is just so much work! They could also stand to improve the food. But otherwise it is a very nice place, and I am very pleased with it.
