I can see the care the staff has for each and every person living here. The rooms are very nice and we have had no issues whatsoever with the apartment we moved him into. They have always been helpful anytime I have any questions about the next step in his care. I’ve been extremely happy and my dad has started feeling right at home. 💙
In looking for a living facility for an Uncle, we stopped by for a tour of the Superior Residences of PCB and were pleasantly surprised by visit. Modern facilities with a knowledgeable, friendly and courteous staff who answered our questions and showed us what was available to residents. Members of the community engaged us in conversation and all were of a positive input as to their place and staff members there. This is a great place to be on your list when you start looking.
The staff and the residences alike were amazing. Knowledgeable, caring and understanding of the emotions and life cycle we are in.

Finding the right Assisted Living community is a massive decision, but Superior Residences of Panama City Beach has proven to be the perfect fit for our family. A major draw for us initially was the 24-hour nursing care, and the improvements we have seen in my dad since he arrived are nothing short of a miracle. That progress is due in large part to the wonderful nursing team. Because I live out of town Davina and the entire nursing team have been a blessing. What sets Superior apart is the genuine team approach. When we first toured with Michelle, my mom felt right away that this was the right place because it felt like family—and a year later, that has definitely proven to be true. The compassionate care and willingness of the entire staff to provide support is evident every day. The social life here has been a total game-changer. The new friends my parents have made make meals a big part of their day, and the "dynamic duo" of Kim and Brandy keep things exciting. Kim plans such fun activities and parties, while Brandy is right there to handle the transportation—not just for doctor appointments, but for fun shopping trips and restaurant excursions. It is so heartening to see my mom out enjoying these parties with her new friends. If you are looking for an Assisted Living home that offers both professional medical support and a warm, vibrant social environment, Superior is a great place.
Superior Residences of Panama City Beach is beautiful! As you walk into the beautiful living room area you're greeted with the aroma of homed cooked meals and smiles on the residence's faces. Everyone was happy that I encountered during my visit! The size of the rooms were very gracious for the price.
My biggest concern was the safety of my wife. She had her own room on the second floor and was found to be one who tried to get out of the facility. I was informed of this and they put her in extended care during the day which is quite secure. On the sixth day I was informed she had opened the window about two feet in her room and was attempting to climb out. I asked why the window wasn't locked and said is was against their policy. I informed them of my policy and removed my wife from that facility. I have realized that she was misdiagnosed by their doctor and should have been in extended care from the beginning.

They try super hard to include my sister(and that isn't easy). I realize it is hard to please everyone, but I think pleasing the residents at mealtime should be a priority-the workers appear to get aggravated with the patients. Sometimes I notice that the menu looks more appealing than the actual meal. I have seen ice cream substituted for what is on the menu several times. Overall I am pleased.
