As a Wellness Director in senior living, I have the opportunity to see many different assisted living communities, and I was truly impressed during my tour of this beautiful home. From the moment I walked in, I could see how organized, clean, welcoming, and thoughtfully run the home was. What stood out most was the warm, comfortable atmosphere—it truly felt like a home rather than a traditional assisted living community. The attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine focus on creating a safe and loving environment for residents was evident throughout my visit. I would absolutely recommend this community to families searching for a smaller, more personal assisted-living setting for their loved one. It was wonderful to see a place where residents can receive the support they need while still feeling comfortable, respected, and truly at home. Very impressive!

I truly cannot put into words exactly how wonderful Tranquil Oaks was for my mother-In-law’s short stay. We needed just a respite stay for her rather than long term care and she was welcomed with so much warmth and love. I was very apprehensive about leaving her anywhere as it was our first time and she has many health issues, but as soon as I spoke to Jerry Lynn on the phone the first time I knew she would be in good hands. The facility feels more like a home than a facility, everything is fresh, bright and welcoming. The property is located in a country setting filled with the sounds of birds singing and an extremely peaceful feeling. The staff is incredibly kind and loving, going out of their way to do anything my mother-in-law needed, even going out of their way to make sure she had a prescription she very much needed when I messed up and realized at the last minute she needed a refill. My mother-in-law loved it there so much she didn’t want to leave at the end of her stay. We will definitely be returning to Tranquil Oaks if we ever need another respite stay or long term care!
