I recently had the HONOR of placing my mom at Springtree Rehabilitation and Health Care nursing and rehabilitation center, and I would like to share my experience. The center was well-organized and maintained a clean environment, which was reassuring. The staff appeared to be trained and knowledgeable about various aspects of nursing care and rehabilitation. They were absolutely FANTASTIC. From the front desk personnel, to the CNA's, maintenance, and the nurses we were privileged to have my mom at Springtree. Special thank you should be given to [names removed] and our favorite [name removed]. [name removed] the CNA was absolutely superb too. The staff including the director [name removed], were always available for questions and concerns. We truly appreciate the superb care from [name removed] and everyone at Springtree. During her stay, my mom received physical therapy, which was tailored to her needs. She seemed to make progress, and the therapists were encouraging and professional. Communication with
The worst experience any patient should have to endure. [name removed] prescribing critical medication at a rate of 4x the prescribed dose, sides effects Some would say overdosing Mom is now home and needs hospitalization again, after WINNING TWO APPEALS with Medicare for medical reasons and inadequate care as a technicality. This time mom needs hospitalization because of the ineptness of the doctor not for phenomena. Upon leaving 2 additional medications were given without any consent. Stop this doctor in her tracks. Very little advocacy for any residents.
Springtree rehabilitation center is the most incredible place. The staff , the directors, the nurses, the medical doctors everyone from food service to laundry to the director of the center were professional comforting and helpful. They made a difficult situation with our loved one easier to handle and I give them five out of five stars! I was sent there for a back problem. Therapy was good. The rest of it a nightmare. It was very dirty. Food was bad. Most meals were terrible. Medications were mixed up. My roommate waited for over a hour for an aide to take her to the bathroom quite a few times. Bathrooms were especially dirty. I have no idea how this filthy place passes inspection. An aide told me she is so embarrassed by the condition of this place. I was actually woke up during the night to ask If I was sleeping every night. They attempted to give me medications that were not mine. I problem has to be management. When I left there I was supposed to get a walker. They did not give me one. I left on a Saturday and was told to call them Tuesday to get a walker. They had rugs for my roommate which was a trip hazard for me. When I complained they told me to be careful. One night I tripped and injured my ribs. Terrible terrible place do not go there or send your loved one there.
They've been really, really good. The communication is really good. The service, they care. When my mother calls for the staff, they come almost immediately, their response time is really good. They're on top of it.
We are enjoying the stay with Springtree Rehab. Everyone has been so friendly. The dietitian is on point. They gave me some helpful information and tips for the future after my loved one is discharged. My concern is just that I get more information about how she is coming along with her therapy program. All in all, she is happy there.
Everybody is very attentive. The nurses are constantly checking on my husband. I just feel they're great, I can't say anything bad about them.
The stay with Springtree Rehab went well. They were friendly.
