Solaris Healthcare Lake in Zephyrhills, Has easy parking and makes it extremely convenient to access there front door with a welcoming staff as you walk in. Once you sign in on there easy accessible kiosk, the staff behind the desk is proficiently willing to help direct you on were you have to go for your visit. Once you start with your well advised direction this will lead you to the room you are visiting. This includes a highly welcoming staff asking if you have any questions along the way. Everyone was diligently working going above and beyond to see your satisfaction is guaranteed. The rooms are full of beautiful color and filled with love and care. The environment was to standards of cleanliness and the environmental cleanliness was great. The nurses are understanding to work with as they are dedicated to giving the best care for the patients so they are at full peace. They explained all protocols and conditions that is expected for care and safety monitoring the patients for best Healthcare services for them. My family member was being fed lunch as was heading out. The other members visiting there family members were extremely passionate and respectful. The bathrooms are located on left just as you pass front counter with the keys hanging on the wall at the counter on the left. The bathrooms are kept sanitized and we'll maintained with cleanliness and stock. Upon leaving I am knowing that my family member is in safe hands, and this has truly been the best experience inspired by visiting with there solid structure foundation. Their hard work ethic definitely shows how their organization is in complete flow. Thank You Solaris for your organization of Healthcare you provide this is truly a great establishment. GOD BLESS

This facility requires serious improvements: 1. The nursing staff. Nurses some care some don’t. Nurses at this facility fall into the later. There is no sense of urgency or compassion when it comes to address patient’s request pr timing of medication. 2. Cleanliness- Unfortunately, my experience with the facility was disappointing. The building often smelled extremely unpleasant, and cleanliness standards appeared way below our expectations. A healthcare facility should provide a clean, sanitary, and comfortable environment for patients and families. Andrea the Social service and Jim the supply director were the only ones that cared to address our concern. We had to move our Dad to a different facility.
