Stevie Rowley is the epitome of excellence. She approaches every resident with kindness and she has been such a light to me. I am beyond thankful for Stevie and have seen her excell in the tuffest situations. If I were the boss, Stevie would get a massive raise.
My mom has lived at Solaris for the past 2 1/2 years. This is the best home I have ever seen! The staff is long-term and the activities are amazing! I absolutely love this facility! I live in Texas and if I need to be in a facility I want to be here at Solaris in Naples FL!

They literally left my step father sitting in a urine soaked gown for almost 2 hours the other day. He told them 2x he needed to use the restroom and they ignored him. The same day they left him on the toilet for 1.5 hours. He could not wipe himself nor reach the bar to get himself up. This is horrible. One more incident and I am on a plane to visit this place myself. So sad that the elderly is not cared for as the should be.
We have been pleased with Solaris at Imperial facility and their staff. They have been attentive, caring, and informative. They have been there to help us navigate our situation(s) The facility is very clean and we have been there at various times.
Solaris Healthcare Imperial is a health facility where your loved one can find a safe place to recover from an illness or live long term in their elder life. Our experience is that the residents are well cared for by all the staff. The residents are safe and happy. The staff are pleasant, competent, and enjoy their work.
Dad hated it. Never check in on him, hit the nurse button no one came. Days stuck in bed. Had to share a room with someone who was cooking food and had people at all hours. Id pass.
My experience was exceptional. From the nursing staff, therapists and anyone else . All 10’s.. loved it there. I came in weak and I’m gonna be leaving walking all over the place. Will not go anywhere else.
