4.1 · 21 reviewsFront desk staff is incredibly rude. I’ve had not one, but multiple occasions where I was greeted with such short and dismissive attitudes when trying to make deliveries to residents. The place is enormous, yet they will refuse to assist with getting special deliveries to your grandparents while they sit behind the desk. What’s worse is they can’t even be polite about it — the attitude is completely unnecessary. For a facility that families trust with their loved ones, you would expect at least basic courtesy and professionalism.

Siena Lakes was very favorable, very nice, and very new. They had very lovely people. The staff was very informative and very nice. They have lectures, pickleball, movies, swimming, and speeches. They have just about everything.

Beautiful place
My dad is moving to this community and as far as I can see it's going to be a great place for him. He will meet people and he will enjoy the amenities I'm sure. It will take him a while to adjust but he will and be much better off than before.
