Not anymore property values plunged. Monthly dues 1300
It’s a safe environment, however, association is always assigning new assessments to the already high HOA fees. And golfers follow no rules and are constantly hitting villas with golf balls and driving their golf carts through yards and right up to people’s patios. The association does nothing to enforce rules. And even activities cost extra money now. This place constantly raises fees yet few improvements are ever made. Seems like the board of directors are treating themselves to high salaries instead of funneling all of the dues paid by residents into improvements and free activities.

My dad lives here and he absolutely loves it. It’s super fun to come and visit. The golf course is nice and very well maintained. Each building is also very well maintained. There are several pools and lots of activities for the seniors to do. They all seem very happy here.
Great place to live.
Nice property. A bit outdated. The worst place to work. The finance department is a complete disaster. The cam, Brianne, has the worst attitude when it comes to helping homeowners. The new assistant controller, Michele, is a very rude person. Very cliquey place. Homeowners wonder why their accounts are messed up. Well that happens when you have a CAM, doing accounting. Overall hostile work environment.
Visited friends here to golf and eat/drink at Tee Room. Friendly place, nice executive course
