Seven Heaven Home Care

My mother was living at Seven Heaven with dementia and mood disorders. I was told they could help her but once she 'ran away' and left the facility, she was no longer allowed back. There was no notice to allow family members to find her other housing. Four months later, I was not given the rent back [fee removed] that I had paid ahead nor my mother's belonging. Instead, she was given a broken walker and a small trash bag containing two sets of clothing. They also thought it appropriate to include soiled pampers in the bag.
