A year and a half ago, I moved from Maryland to Florida. My father, who was 100½ years old at the time, and my siblings and I decided that he should move closer to me, as I was his primary caregiver. He was a true champion and agreed to make the trip to Aventura. Initially, he lived in an assisted living facility near my home, but unfortunately, the experience was disastrous. The administration was poorly managed, so we began looking for other options and ultimately moved him to Seaside. It turned out to be one of the best decisions we ever made. From the administration and nursing staff to the kitchen, laundry, and front desk teams, everyone was kind, compassionate, and professional. Sean, Sophia, Helene, Ashley, Lourdes, and so many others went above and beyond in caring for my father. Each day, I left knowing he was in good hands. He felt at home, was comfortable, and was treated with dignity and respect. My father passed away at the age of 102, and we miss him dearly. Our family will always be grateful for the exceptional care and kindness shown by the wonderful people at Seaside. They made a tremendous difference in my father’s life and brought our family great peace of mind.
Sean and the Seaside team have been extremely helpful to me and answered all my questions with patience. You can tell the staff have passion in everything they do or touch. The community presents itself well. Very clean and welcoming. If you are looking to place your loves ones in an assisted living community make sure to tour Seaside. You won’t need to look much farther.

Moved my mom into Seaside at the beginning of November. This was a big move, a big change from mom’s “normal”, having come from a home in a quiet township in upstate New York to a now more social and vibrant and bright community at Seaside! She is acclimating pretty well, and surprisingly quickly! The staff are attentive, observant, greet everyone with a smile. From Sean, the upstanding exec director, to Johnny, head of sales (and also genuinely, he’s an ambassador of quality client care and concern always), to amazing Angelo, who leads the therapy services (PT/OT) and his team, to Chef Mark, a teddy bear of a guy and super-attentive to my mom’s dietary preferences — and the staff who work the dining room are kind and accommodating, beyond! And Zita! Activities Director… a sweetheart with much pride in her work of keeping residents engaged, creatively and with purpose and fanfare! The CNA team is a collective of kind and daily and nightly support for the residents — if one is not necessarily a match for mom, the mgt team is more than accommodating to adapt changes as needed. Open doors, and open ears, and communication, and community are the priorities at Seaside, which affords great peace of mind! Thank you to the entire team! So far, SO GOOD!
My mom recently moved into Seashore Assisted Living, and it's been a great experience. The staff are super kind, the food is really good, and there are always fun activities going on. I went to their Halloween party, and it was such a blast for everyone! I'm so glad my mom is in a place where she's happy and well cared for.
My mom has been living at this assisted living facility for some time now, and I couldn’t be happier with the care she receives. The staff are always kind, patient, and attentive, treating her with genuine warmth and respect. The place is clean, organized, and full of life there’s always an activity or event to keep residents engaged and smiling. Knowing she’s safe, well cared for, and surrounded by people who truly care gives me so much peace of mind. I’m very grateful for everything they do for her.
my loved one has been at seaside hallandale for a while now, and i couldn’t be happier with the care they’re receiving. the staff is kind, attentive, and always keeps me in the loop. the place is clean, peaceful, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. it’s a huge relief knowing they’re in such good hands and truly feel at home.
Beautiful ALF located in beautiful area. If you have a loved one would definetly make a appt to take a tour. We have a loved one there and the new staff and management are just awesome very caring quick response to any issues 24/7.
