4.2 · 28 reviewsThis firm actually did paperwork behind their clients back with a POA who was set up to be there whrn the client was not able to do things for. This was a lifetime services agreement where the POA was able to pay herself. Meanehile, thr client was functioning fine, driving, shopping, getting to appointments and socializing. They knew the client was functioning abd set up her daughter for when the time came.
Avoid, Avoid! Referred to me as Bro and Man. Avoided any questions I may have had, I just was looking for clarity. Told me I didn't have questions, just statements. Not the individual I was expecting to be speaking to. Sadly disappointed!

AVOID AVOID AVOID! My Mom used attorney Scott for her trust and unfortunately has passed away. I have several questions to ask and need some guidance and was told he doesn't want to help.
Attorney Scott is a true treasure. Not only does he know everything there is to know about Medicaid eligibility in FL, but he is fun to talk to, and able to explain things in ways that make sense. His entire staff is a well oiled machine. Most importantly, he puts his clients above everything else. I felt completely taken care of and would recommend anyone needing help with how to financially care for their elderly loved ones, do their best to hire him. You will not be sorry.
My experience with Mr. Scott was nothing but positive. He's smart, knowledgeable and will look for an answer in order to assist. I was impressed with both him and his office staff. Very friendly and responsive. Highly recommend!
Mr. Scott and his team are awesome. Sean never made me feel rushed even though it's a very busy office. Anita is also a great asset to the team. Even though my mom had an older trust through another attorney, Sean was able to do paperwork prior to moms death which saved the estate money and a lot of hassle. I highly recommend!
My sisters and I have had a rough couple of years with my mother's health issues and eventual death. Sean Scott and his wonderful team held our hands and guided us through this difficult journey with kindness competence and expertise. I don't know what we would have done without them.
