Savannah Cottage is the community’s secured memory-care wing for people with Alzheimer’s disease or other dementias. Its listed features include structured daily routines, smaller dining areas, specialized life-enrichment programming and dedicated staffing ratios. Short-term and respite stays use the community’s apartments and include care, dining and activities. Studio and one-bedroom suites are listed, with features such as individual temperature controls, air conditioning, kitchenettes, cable or satellite television, internet access, telephone service and closet space. Some suites have a balcony, terrace or patio; wheelchair-accessible units and showers are also listed.

Dining options include chef-prepared food by order or from a set menu, with anytime dining and beverages. Listed dietary choices include gluten-free and low- or no-sodium meals, along with other dietary modifications. The Grand dining room is adjacent to the Beau Bay Lounge, which has a fireplace and seating for reading, conversation and afternoon movies. Housekeeping, laundry, linen services, trash removal and maintenance are among the listed practical services.
