Savannah Court of Leesburg

A good friend has been living at Savannah Manor for a number of months now. The staff is very understanding of his mood swings and dealing with his Dementia. Staff is very attentive of his needs, and are always more than friendly.

Our mother has been living there for several years and the staff has always treated us like family there. The staff is very polite, friendly and attentive to my mother's needs. We had our mother in another facility that was suddenly shut down and all of its residents left having to find suitable facilities to move into, Savannah Manor and their staff stepped up and welcome many of those residents into their facility and graciously helped the family member get the residents settled quickly.

We had a nice visit at Savannah Manor. The assistant director was very nice. They've done a lot of upgrades. I was more looking toward Mom having a single room at that time. They were doing a lot of remodeling and there wasn't one available. The facility needed a lot of upgrades done to it. The ceiling was dripping. They have a nice dining area, but the sitting room was very dark. It needs to look more cheerful. The residents seemed happy.

I have recently taken a tour of this community and so far I have no complaints of how things have been going for my loved one. The staff have been on time to our appointment and made sure to answer any questions I had for them in detail. I liked the open floor plan they had as well as other great amenities they had for the residents. It was just not the right location for my brother in the end decision.

Absolutely horrible! The building was dirty, the residents were dirty and the workers weren't any better
