My mother lived at this nursing home for 14 months, and I am extremely grateful for the care she received. I was there visiting her 3–5 times a week, and sometimes as many as 6 times a week, so I had the opportunity to see firsthand how she was treated on a regular basis—not just occasionally. Throughout her time there, I was extremely happy with the care, kindness, and attention she received. The staff treated my mother with dignity and compassion, and that meant more to me and my family than I can put into words. When someone you love has to live in a nursing home, you want to know that they are safe, cared for, and treated like a person—not just another resident. I truly felt that my mother was cared about. After 14 months and hundreds of visits, I can confidently say that my experience with this facility was extremely positive. I am very thankful to the nurses, CNAs, caregivers, and staff members who looked after my mother and helped make a difficult chapter in our lives a little easier. I would absolutely recommend this nursing home to other families looking for a place where their loved one will be treated with kindness, respect, and compassion. Thank you to everyone who helped care for my mom. I will always be grateful.
My wife has been in Sh& rehab over a month , it’s a transition for her , but Tom the director of nursing and his nursing staff have made the transition into the facility as smooth as possible for all involved , nursing staff and CNA’s show compassion and care , PT, OT, dietary and Dr’s . My father spent several months at Sarasota Health & Rehab last year, and we were truly impressed with the level of care he received. The nursing staff was outstanding — they were compassionate, attentive, and dedicated to ensuring his needs were always met. His room was consistently kept clean and well-maintained. The administrative team went above and beyond in addressing all of my questions and concerns, and I’d like to give a special shoutout to Liza for being exceptionally helpful throughout the entire process.
