1.0 · 3 reviewsI would not place anyone here. June 26, 2020 I found myself meeting a resident named Bonnie who walked off the premises with only a pair of socks, a shirt, and a sun dress. A nurse and I called the home from the West Central Avenue plaza only to be told by the staff that Bonnie does this all the time, refusing to even pick her up. We called 911 to get a cop to take her back since the facility wasn’t going to do anything about bringing her back themselves.
