From the very first visit and tour we had with Ann Thompson, we knew that this was just the place we were looking for!! Mom (Sue) has been on the AL side for 9 months now. We told her she looked “stunning” after putting back on over 25 pounds since living there. She said, “but even better than that, I’m happy!” Cannot get a better endorsement than that, right?! I sleep better now in OH, knowing she’s happy and well cared for!! (Other kudos to Jacob, Wanda, Elsie and honestly to all the dedicated staff.) As a bonus, there’s a beautifully appointed “apartment” to stay in while visiting your…

From the very first visit and tour we had with Ann Thompson, we knew that this was just the place we were looking for!! Mom (Sue) has been on the AL side for 9 months now. We told her she looked “stunning” after putting back on over 25 pounds since living there. She said, “but even better than that, I’m happy!” Cannot get a better endorsement than that, right?! I sleep better now in OH, knowing she’s happy and well cared for!! (Other kudos to Jacob, Wanda, Elsie and honestly to all the dedicated staff.) As a bonus, there’s a beautifully appointed “apartment” to stay in while visiting your loved one. It has its own separate entrance off of the gorgeous courtyard, quiet, comfy and reasonably priced. I’ve stayed twice already 🥰
I am not affiliated with The Riviera, but all these years of living in the area the place, the grounds both front & back are a beauty. A visually beautiful building; well maintained and a pleasure to the eyes.

My father was well taken care of at Riviera. The Staff went above and beyond in making sure my father was engaged and as active as he could be. I would recommend this facility for your loved one.
Can’t say enough about the staff and environment at Riviera! It’s a great place! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming! Definitely recommend Riviera Senior Living!!!
Mom lived in assisted living at Riviera for a year, we thought at the time things were ok, always framed like mom was doing well and engaged, until we moved her to find out more. Even being in and out it wasn’t enough to protect mom. Come to find out that mom told staff how frighten she was with nursing care, today I come to find out these concerns went unnoticed/ignored or un-responded to by the chain of command. Staff took mom to color daily at a table that was Pretty much the extent of the services that this facility offered my 95-year-old Mom. Always making us feel like she was doing well and ok. As if this isn’t enough, we left on terrible Circumstances after a hurricane impacted our area in the Holly Hill Facility. Riviera Assisted Living evacuated with no plan, how can you not have a plan as an ALF? Some staff insiders admitted there was no plan and if it were not for the directors previous employment in Winter Park, they would have had nowhere to evacuate. I asked for the plan
